26 Nov Taekwondo Ontario Holds Annual General Meeting and Announces Leadership Changes

Richmond Hill, ON – November 25, 2024 – Taekwondo Ontario held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 24, 2024. During the meeting, a significant decision was made by the membership.

Master In Kyung Kim, who has served as the Director and President of Taekwondo Ontario, was removed from his position following a vote of non-confidence by the membership. This decision reflects the members’ commitment to upholding the highest standards of governance and leadership within the organization.

In a subsequent vote of confidence, the membership appointed 1st Vice President Master David Silverman to the position of President for the duration of the current term. The board and membership are confident that Master Silverman will lead Taekwondo Ontario with dedication and integrity.

The board and membership are dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition and continuing to support the development and growth of Taekwondo in Ontario.
