01 Oct Provincial Game #1 – Public Apology to Membership

Dear Taekwondo Ontario Members,

On behalf of Taekwondo Ontario, we wish to express our sincerest apology for the unacceptable wait times and disorganization with respect to this past Provincial Game that resulted in long wait times for the athletes, coaches, spectators and families.

We have received a lot of feedback and we will be reviewing to ensure that the issues with this event are rectified for the next Provincial Game. Despite the setbacks yesterday, we would like to recognize the tremendous efforts of our athletes, coaches, parents and volunteers who went above and beyond to assist us.

We thank you for your patience and ask for your continued support.
