The Taekwondo Ontario Referee Committee is pleased to announce a Provincial Poomsae Referee Refresher Course to be held on Sunday November 22, 2022.

This course will be run online via Zoom and opened to all certified referees and coaches.

*This course meets the process to certification, upgrades, and/or NCCP requirement.

Requirements: Computer or device with a video camera and stable internet connection.

Course topics will include the following:

• Latest competition rules and interpretation
• Basic technique guidelines and scoring principles
• Freestyle poomsae scoring criteria
