Day 1: Saturday January 11, 2025

• 9:45 am – 11:15 am –  All Female Athlete (Senior, Junior, and Cadet) Technical
• 11:30 am – 1:00 pm –  All Male Athlete (Senior, Junior, and Cadet) Technical
• 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm – Break
• 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm – All Female Athlete (Senior, Junior, and Cadet) Tactical
• 3:45 pm – 5:15 pm – All Male Athlete (Senior, Junior, and Cadet) Tactical

**Important Notes for Day 1:

• All athletes please bring 2 kicking targets
• Full equipment plus (elbow pads, knee pads)
• Due to capacity issue we request to only have 1 spectator/parent per athlete attending the camp
• Athletes are requested to leave promptly once their session is finished to help manage the flow of participants and spectators.

KPNP Sparring Match

• 9:45 am – 11:30 am – All Female Cadet & Male Cadets
• 11:45 am – 1:30 pm – All Female Junior & Senior
• 1:45 pm – 3:15 pm – All Male Junior & Senior

• Filming of the matches will not be permitted
• Athletes are requested to leave the promptly once their session is finished
