Last weekend,  Master Ri Seong Kang, Master Bhajan Mann and Master Jinsu Ha facilitated the first Poomsae training camp of 2023. The training camp was held at Master Kang's Black Belt Martial Arts and brought over 80 athletes from across 20 schools within the GTA. During the camp, various drills for recognized Poomsae were covered.
