We are excited to announce the opening of the Declaration of Interest for the 2026 La Loma International Training Camp.

There are two pathways available for participation.

Please ensure you read the 2026 La Loma International Training Camp Criteria and complete the Declaration of Interest in accordance with the pathway applicable to your circumstance(s).

Coaches, please follow-up with your athletes and ensure that they have completed this correctly before submitting.

• Completion Deadline: October 31, 2025
• Submission Method: This form is the only accepted declaration. No other formats will be considered.
• Note: If you emailed us before this declaration was posted, you still need to complete this official declaration. The email previously submitted will NOT be sufficient.
