The Taekwondo Ontario Referee Committee is pleased to announce a Provincial Kyorugi Referee Seminar to be held on Sunday September 28, 2025.

This seminar will be run at Myung’s Taekwondo Academy Markham East in Markham.

NOTE: The referee certification process is changing. This seminar is for upgrade purposes to P2 or P3. Only participants who have received an official email from the TO Referee Committee are eligible to upgrade from P3 to P2 and P2 to P1 respectively. 

Course Conductor: Master Straso Trantalovski & Master Alissa Juman

Eligibility:

• Invitation email from TO Referee Committee
• Minimum 14 years old
• Minimum 1st Dan Kukkiwon Black Belt
• Currently P3 or P2 certified
• Taekwondo Ontario member in good standing

Registration: Open

Registration Fees:

• P2/P3 Class Certification Course – $100

Attire: V-neck dobok. Poomsae dobok is NOT allowed.
Bring: Pen/pencil, notebook, lunch, copy of competition rules

Seminar topics will include the following:

• Referee fundamentals and duties
• Theory (rules and scenarios)
• Hand signals
• Practical evaluation (to be completed in the afternoon)
