Taekwondo Ontario announces the last of four Poomsae Training Camps for the 2024-2025 season!

This is the last training camp of the season, intended strictly for athletes preparing to compete at the 2026 Canadian National Championships in Halifax, NS and looking to fulfill the requirements to join Team Ontario. There will be NO color sessions at this training camp.

Key Information:

  • Eligibility: Open to Cadet, Junior, and Senior black belt athletes who plan to compete at the 2026 Canadian Nationals Championships in Halifax, NS.
    • Cadets: Ages 12–14 (Born 2011–2013)
    • Juniors: Ages 15–17 (Born 2008–2010)
    • Seniors: Ages 17+ (Born 2007 or earlier)
  • Registration Deadline: Sunday, November 26, 2025

  • Saturday, November 29 — 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM → Youth & Cadet Division
  • Sunday, November 30 — 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM → Junior Division
  • Sunday, November 30 — 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM → Senior Division

Uniform: Poomsae uniform required.
