23 Oct [Notice] Updated Registration Instructions for 2025-2026 TO Selection Game (Poomsae) – November 8, 2025

Thank you for your patience as we made adjustments to the registration system based on your feedback. Please review the following instructions carefully for the upcoming 2025-2026 TO Selection Game (Poomsae) scheduled for November 8, 2025:

Registration Guidelines

  • If you participated in the October 5, 2025 Provincial Selection Game (Markham Pan Am Centre):
    • For each event you register for on November 8, select Additional Event.
    • Fee: $50.00 + HST + Service Charge per event.
  • If you did NOT participate in the October 5 event:
    • Select 1st Event for your first event ($120.00 + HST + Service Charge).
    • For any subsequent events, select Additional Event ($50.00 + HST + Service Charge).

Pair, Team, and Mixed Team Registration

  • Each individual participant must register separately.
  • If any member of a Pair, Team, or Mixed Team did NOT participate in the October 5 event:
    • That member must select 1st Event for their first event and Additional Event for any subsequent events.

After Registration

Please email kesavan.tkd@gmail.com by October 31, 2025 with:

  • The event(s) you have registered for (Pair, Team, Mixed).
  • The name(s) of your partner(s) for Pair, Team, or Mixed Team events.

Examples for Clarity

Example 1:

  • Athlete participated on October 5 in Individual Recognized Poomsae and wants to register for Pair on November 8.
  • Register for Pair using Additional Event.
  • Cost: $50.00 + HST + Service Charge.

Example 2:

  • Athlete participated on October 5 in Individual Recognized Poomsae and wants to register for Pair + Team on November 8.
  • Register both as Additional Event.
  • Cost: $100.00 ($50 + $50) + HST + Service Charge.

Example 3:

  • Athlete did NOT participate on October 5 and wants to register for Individual Freestyle + Pair on November 8.
  • Register Individual Freestyle as 1st Event, Pair as Additional Event.
  • Cost: $170.00 ($120 + $50) + HST + Service Charge.

Example 4:

  • Athlete did NOT participate on October 5 and wants to register for Team on November 8. Other team members participated on October 5.
  • This athlete pays $120.00 + HST + Service Charge; other members pay $50.00 + HST + Service Charge.

The registration will re-open at 7:00 am tomorrow October 23, 2025.
We will extend the initial registration to October 28, 2025 before the Late Registration (+$75.00) begins on October 29 – November 1, 2025.
